We are culturally and spiritually sensitive and believe in beginning where you want to begin. We have providers who are trained in many forms of psychotherapy, some of which are listed below.

Since 2007, our dedicated and diverse team has been honored to serve individuals and families throughout our community.
We are proud to partner with local organizations—including Des Moines Public Schools and Winterset Community School District—to provide accessible mental health care to students and their families. To further expand access, our satellite offices in Indianola and Perry bring much-needed mental health care to rural communities across the state.
