Do I need a referral to start therapy at MOSAIC?

No referral is needed. You can book an appointment directly with us, and we’ll match you with the right therapist for your needs.

Do you accept insurance for therapy sessions?

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. We also offer reduced-fee services through supervised interns for those without insurance or on non-Medicare plans.

How long is a typical therapy session?

Most sessions last 53 minutes. Intensive EMDR therapy and evaluations may run longer depending on your needs.

Are sessions available online or only in person?

We offer both in-person and secure telehealth sessions to provide flexibility and accessibility for our clients.
