Depending on your needs, we may draw from Bowenian Systems Therapy, Gottman Method interventions (communication, conflict de-escalation, repair), Emotionally Focused Therapy (attachment and bonding), family systems and structural approaches, solution-focused strategies, and mindfulness skills. For trauma that affects relationships, EMDR-trained clinicians may incorporate EMDR within an individual or conjoint plan when appropriate.
