MOSAIC Family Counseling Center partners with EMDR & Beyond to deliver continuing education, skills-focused workshops, and consultation for therapists, social workers, We translate research into usable tools—protocols, scripts, checklists, and case integration—across trauma-informed care, AIP-informed and / or EMDR-trained practice. Training from service oriented documentation & risk, ethics & boundaries, supervision, and program design. Sessions are culturally responsive, interactive, and tailored to your goals, timeline, and regulatory requirements. Offered onsite, virtual, or hybrid. [CE credit available when specified.]

Continuing Education & Training for Providers

Internship Program (Graduate Practicum/Internship)

Launch your career inside a collaborative, trauma-informed group practice.
You’ll get: supervised direct service, EMR/documentation skills, treatment planning, case consultation, culturally responsive care, and caseload/schedule management.
Who it’s for: master’s students in MFT, CMHC, and Social Work.

Clinical Supervision Training (Iowa Laws, Ethics & Practice)

Make supervision clear, ethical, and rewarding.
You’ll learn: Iowa supervision laws & rules, ethics & boundaries, documentation, structure/agenda templates, decision tools, and risk points.
Format: live workshop (virtual or onsite) with lecture, discussion, and handouts; CE available when specified.
Outcome: confidence and a repeatable structure to run excellent supervision.

Clinical Supervision for State Licensure

Structured supervision toward independent licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LISW).
Includes: supervision plan aligned to board requirements, hour tracking templates, periodic evaluations, and clear competency milestones.

Regulations can change. We help you align to current Iowa board standards and provide links to official requirements.

Ethics Continuing Education Courses (Applied, Case-Based)

Move beyond theory to real-world decisions.

CIDP (CID/A-TIP): "The CPR of Psychological Trauma" Continuing Education Course

A rapid-response protocol to help reduce emotional reactivity after crisis or traumatic events.
Who it helps: police, fire/EMS, medical teams, residential staff, educators, and community responders—as well as clinicians.

Clinical Consultation (Individual or Team)

Private practice can be isolating—consultation keeps you grounded and ethical.
Use cases: complex cases, risk pivots, documentation language, boundaries, team dynamics, and program design.
Format: phone, Zoom, or in-person by appointment; one-time or recurring.

Clinical Practice Monitoring (Supportive & Confidential)

A non-punitive, confidential process to stabilize practice, realign with values, and meet board expectations when corrective action is needed.
You’ll get: individualized plan, documentation audits, boundary/ethics tune-ups, and self-care systems that stick.

EMDR Consultation for EMDR Certification

Guided support to strengthen fidelity across the 3 Stages and 8 Phases.
Options: individual and group; case presentation, troubleshooting, and protocol nuance.
Outcome: deeper skill, confidence, and progress toward EMDR certification requirements.

EMDR Advanced Consultation

EMDR Advanced Consultation to continue growth of your expertise with certain populations, diagnosis or presenting issues.

Cohort-style groups that build consistency and accelerate learning.
