We offer W‑2 employment, 1099 contracting, affiliate roles, and internship placements — so you can choose the structure that aligns with your career stage, licensure status, and lifestyle.

We hire not only clinicians, but also behavioral‑intervention specialists, support staff for our programs, consultation and supervision providers, and administrative team members.

Strong Clinical & Administrative Support

A dedicated administrative team supports scheduling, billing, credentialing, and back‑office logistics so you can focus on what you do best — providing quality care.

You’ll be working in a fee‑for‑service group practice model where your compensation is directly tied to your services rendered, with opportunities for percentage increases as you grow with us.

Time Off & Calendar Stewardship

Time off should be intentional — planned in a way that supports your personal needs while maintaining the rhythm of client care and income stability.

As a fee-for-service group practice, clinicians at MFCC have the flexibility to take time away when needed. We don’t restrict vacation or impose blackout periods.

Instead, we collaborate with you to plan ahead, making time off both restorative and sustainable. For those who are just starting out, we provide a little more guidance and for those who are seasoned, we provide the level of guidance you need. Micromanagement is not something we value.

We support you through:

Strategic Calendar Coaching: We help clinicians learn to manage their calendars intentionally — using tools like calendar blocking, recurring appointments, and reschedule strategies to support planned absences.

Caseload Planning Guidance: Supervisors and admin staff provide practical support in mapping out your caseload across key dates, helping you meet monthly goals even with time off.

Flexible Scheduling Models: Whether you prefer to work longer days fewer times per week or maintain a steady rhythm, we work with you to design a schedule that supports your needs.
