My approach to therapy is relational, grounded, and collaborative. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel seen, safe, and empowered. I draw from evidence-based modalities like EMDR, DBT, and CBT, and I tailor each session to fit your unique needs and goals. I bring over a decade of experience in counseling, mental health, and social work, but what truly defines my approach is my commitment to authenticity and honoring each person’s identity. I believe the therapeutic relationship is most powerful when it's built on trust, mutual respect, and real connection. I show up as myself — grounded, present, and fully engaged — and I invite my clients to do the same, at their own pace. I care deeply about creating a space where you can be who you are without needing to explain, minimize, or edit your experience. I have a genuine passion for this work and a deep respect for the hard, brave steps people take to move toward healing. It’s an honor to walk with you in that process.

Whether we’re processing deep experiences or building strategies for everyday life, I aim to support you in a way that feels both grounded and collaborative.
Our first session is a chance to begin getting to know each other and to create a foundation of safety and understanding. We’ll start by reviewing the service agreement, informed consent, and other important information about your rights and confidentiality.
After that, we’ll begin a comprehensive assessment to better understand your needs, strengths, and goals. This process helps us clarify what’s been happening in your life and how I can best support you moving forward.
Although the assessment will have some structure, you are welcome to share at your own pace — there’s no rush. The goal of this first meeting is to start building a collaborative partnership focused on your healing and growth.
