I take a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that healing happens when clients feel safe, empowered, and truly seen. I view therapy as a collaborative process—you bring the deep knowledge of your lived experience, and I bring tools and support to help guide your healing. I believe every person is unique, and I show up to each session with openness and respect, ready to honor and celebrate who you are.
My work focuses on helping individuals overcome trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD, as well as issues related to relational and sexual abuse, anxiety, and life transitions. I integrate approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, DBT, SFBT, and Attachment-Based Therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the person in front of me. I also prioritize nervous system regulation and mindfulness-based skills to support both emotional and physical healing.
I deeply respect the role that spirituality, faith, and personal belief systems can play in the healing process. I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clients are welcome to bring their spiritual perspectives into therapy. I honor each individual’s unique values and am committed to supporting the integration of those beliefs in ways that feel meaningful and supportive to their journey.
I provide traditional ongoing therapy sessions that are typically 50–55 minutes in length, these sessions are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or as often as scheduling allows and is needed.

I offer limited evening and weekend therapy session, by appointment only.
I value the importance of family dynamics and relationships in the healing process. I welcome clients to explore how family experiences and connections shape their lives and am open to including family members in the therapeutic work when it supports the client’s goals. I strive to create a respectful and collaborative space where all voices are heard and each person’s role within the family system is honored.
What sets me apart is my deep commitment to creating an inclusive, affirming space—especially for neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I approach therapy with the awareness that mental health cannot be separated from the societal and systemic factors that shape our lives.
I’m passionate about advocating for equity and diversity, both in and outside the therapy room. My experience in crisis intervention and working with trauma survivors has shaped my ability to stay grounded and present, even during the most difficult moments. I believe in helping clients re-write their story, challenge harmful beliefs, and reconnect with their most authentic, vulnerable, and accepted selves.
I have experience working with many life issues including, grief, loss, life transitions, career development, performance concerns, and behavioral concerns.
I meet you where you are and develop a comprehensive plan that suits your goals. Using known methods, best practices and evidence based therapies, I teach, provide skills, remind you of your resilience & strengths, become curious, consult, counsel and provide therapy for symptoms that interfere with your happiness and day to day life.
Our first session is a chance to begin getting to know each other and to create a foundation of safety and understanding. We’ll start by reviewing the service agreement, informed consent, and other important information about your rights and confidentiality.
After that, we’ll begin a comprehensive assessment to better understand your needs, strengths, and goals. This process helps us clarify what’s been happening in your life and how I can best support you moving forward.
Although the assessment will have some structure, you are welcome to share at your own pace — there’s no rush. The goal of this first meeting is to start building a collaborative partnership focused on your healing and growth.
Yes. I offer EMDR Therapy - eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy & provides integrative modalities with EMDR to meet your specific needs.
