Supervision for licensure in the state of Iowa for LMHC, LMFT & LISW credentials. Requirements include 3000 hours of approved activities with 1500 direct service hours and 200 hours of supervision with at least 100 being individual.

MFCC provides a structured intern program.  Students in their master's programs (marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, and social work), are provided supervision and opportunities to learn how to provide therapy, diagnose, prepare treatment plans, work with diverse populations, collaborate with other professionals, etc.  All of this, while being a part of our team, interns are incorporated into daily MFCC life.

Especially helpful for: Police, Fire Fighters, Medical Personnel, Residential Workers, Anyone working with humans!
This protocol can help reduce the intensity of trauma responses and emotional reactivity associated with life events, big and small.
