As a Mental Health Therapist your primary duties will include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy utilizing evidence-based practices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system
• Collaborate with other clinicians and community resources to enhance client care
• Participate in regular supervision/consultation
• Opportunity to create and facilitate your own ideas for programming with support to bring them to life!

Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist (LMHC, LISW, or LMFT); independent licensure preferred, but not required
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Dedication to providing trauma-informed care in therapy
• Open to working with diverse client populations
• Passion for contributing to a collaborative and supportive team where your skills and expertise are valued
