Chronic Illness & Pain Therapy Group

Reduce mental distress related to chronic illness by:

• making connections in a safe space
• receiving education about mental health
• processing emotional distress related to medical experiences
• learning resources and coping strategies
• learning self-advocacy skills
• growing your window of tolerance

Participants must meet the following criteria:

18 years or older •
diagnosed with a chronic illness •
diagnosed with a mental health diagnosis •
capable of reading, writing, tracking, following along •
capable of sitting/paying attention/participating for 1.5 hours •
function independently •

9-Week Group
Mondays 11am-12:30pm
Starting October 21, 2024
