Annie is a provisionally licensed mental health counselor who earned her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Iowa. Annie has dedicated over 20 years in the non-profit human services sector.

Annie looks forward to working with individuals of all ages and concerns and is especially passionate about issues such as relational concerns, life transitions, stress and anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation and grief and loss.

Annie integrates different types of therapy and techniques specifically tailored to her clients to help them achieve the best results. She utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Systemic approaches.

She is dedicated to helping empower others to develop tools and skills to overcome barriers and challenges they may be facing.
Annie’s role as therapist is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, one that inspires growth and change.
Annie’s goal is to help others live a happier, more fulfilling and productive life. Annie strives to work with clients to help them gain new insights and skills to resolve concerns and instill hope for the future. She believes her clients are the experts of their own lives and experience, and it is her job to help guide you to those insights that will enable you to reach your goals and treatment
